I have been hearing a lot of investment products available in the market today. Of course, it includes gold and silver. That is the reason I keep track of these products; who knows those are the perfect investment for me. Also, nobody knows if I will become rich in those.

Oftentimes, I check the Monex Deposit Company (MDC) site. It is the place where people can purchase silver, gold or other precious metals and coins for immediate personal delivery or arrange for convenient and safe storage at an independent bank or depository. The gold and silver is available in coin or ingot form. Ingots are generally silver or gold ingots of pure bullion cast in a convenient size and shape. Coins have a currency value or they are actually defined as ingots. Hmmm, I just wonder when I will own these coins.

no we are not yet moving

Every time our landlady meddle in our life, we always think of moving. We hate the fact that we are the occupants and yet she continually plants trees and hideous swords like plants that invite mosquitoes and insects in our backyard without our permission. The first time we arrived here, the placed is messed up with so many plants that have no coordination with each other. We removed almost all of it and left only those that look good. As she sees the small box of soil is cleaned, she is starting to place so many coconut fruit and other fruit bearing trees and even plant crawlers. We hate that for sure.

We got so pissed off and we decided to transfer to another place. We take on the process and look for an apartment and check on Removals Company. We really need the help of removals service this time. As we already invested a number of furniture and appliances. Their service is a big help in hauling, loading, transporting, and unloading. We can’t do all of that in a short span of time.

We always thought that it could never happen to us, but before you knew it the front two tires of your car gave out and you still had five days to go until payday. You need your car to get to work and to pick up the kids from school, and since your credit card is maxed out and you have no money in savings, you need some cash fast. Sounds familiar?

This scenario happens day in and day out at a myriad of households. Probably you have seen the ads that talk about getting money wired into your account fast, with no credit check, no hassle, and no documentation needed. Payday loans which are another term for no credit check loans are intended to tide over those who are a few hundred dollars short in between paydays. The advertised theory behind the practice stipulates that a consumer may have a sudden emergency for which she or he did not budget.

To meet the financial demand, the consumer can borrow against her or his next paycheck simply by applying for one of the no credit check loans, and within hours the money is in the account. To repay the loan, the consumer will write a postdated check which will be kept in the office of the payday loan agent. Once the payday comes around, the agent will deposit the check, the loan is paid, and all things being equal there is no problem.

if given a chance, why not

Wiffy and I will be celebrating our fifth year anniversary the next few months. Since we hadn’t celebrated our fourth anniversary due to financial reasons, we agreed to make up to it. It should be an Anniversary Getaway and not just a romantic dinner. It’s alright to do it locally just as planned, but we won’t say no to an international travel if destiny permits.

Of course, this is still a dream. But if there is a chance I would love to spend out anniversary in El Dorado Royale Resort at Riviera Maya. I love to experience the “Aquas del Amor” or the outdoor, ceiling-free showers. And I also want to conquer the unspoiled beach in 450 acres of tropical rainforest. They also offer several amenities like veranda hammocks, and king-sized Jacuzzis, beach side spa treatments, and beach side wedding chapel. Like I said this is a dream worth dreaming.

have to buy new phone

I felt a little dismay as I charged my beloved phone yesterday since it’s no longer charging. I tried to fix the problem because I really love this phone. However, after 30 minutes of fixing and saving, I felt that there is nothing I can do about it. It is sad for my part. But, there’s a bit of light. Why? Well, malfunctioning phone calls for a new one.

The truth is, my phone that is N73 is a bit old. It’s roughly around four years since the day I bought it. I already changed it’s housing once and made few formatting. But now since the problem is no longer external, I have to no choice, but to let go of it.

I have to look for new phones now. I think I want to try the smartphones of LG, Apple and Blackberry. I’m excited! After four years, I’m searching for phones again. Well, I have to scout for the latest products of these brands. If not the latest at least those that are not yet outdated.

Going through brick and mortar stores to check the phones, is a bit costly and time-consuming. The only way for me to save both time and money is to look in shopping sites that deliver qualified leads to online stores. It’s easier to compare prices from different stores. Also, it gives me the opportunity to choose the right product from the best merchant at the best possible price.

In 30 minutes time, I was able to find the phone that I want, which is BlackBerry Storm 9500 Mobile Phone. Yepey! And wiffy grabs the opportunity to check some handbags as well. She is really an opportunistic sometimes. Good thing I love her and will tolerate her.
