travel places around the globe
Several of wiffy’s friends are in Dubai right now. Actually my brother is also in Abu Dhabi that is also part of United Arab Emirates. I must say that he is successful in his own right, but not as successful as wiffy’s friend. She is a flight stewardess in UAE airlines. The good thing about her job is that she gets to travel places around the globe for free. She is fairly compensated for that. And, wiffy really envies her for that.
She is really a nice girl. Actually, she said that when we decide to visit the place she is more pleased to tour us around. That of course will depend on her schedule. We asked her some of the places that she’s been to and the lists are endless.
One of the many places she’s been is New York. She mentioned some of the hotels that she feels nice. It is now up to us to do some research about it. One hotel names she mentioned were the Waldorf Astoria New York. It’s actually a 42-story hotel is a New York Art Deco landmark, combining luxurious elegance with myriad amenities and services. Located on Park Avenue, the Waldorf Astoria is just minutes from Fifth Avenue, the Rockefeller Centre and glamorous Broadway shows. It has old world designs, but is furnished with all the modern amenities. She said that it is one of the first grand hotels.
Another place is Dubai. It is actually her base country. She said that if ever decided to visit the place, we should consider Le Royal Meridien Dubai. It is set in landscaped gardens overlooking Dubai’s famous Jumeirah coastline. It has an excellent range of recreation and leisure activities to keep us relax during our stay. She also said that she is happier to tour us around. But, of course that would depend on her schedule.
She also mentioned that despite the many places she has been to, there is this one place that she dreams of visiting the Grenada. She found this LaSource Grenada resort that is located right on shores of Pink Gin Beach, one of the prettiest beaches on Grenada. She said she was able to read an article about the wide an impressive array of land and water based sports as well as relaxing activities. However, it is actually the 40 acre oasis of white sands, crystal clear sea and beautiful gardens that she really finds interesting.
Well, we are just drooling to all the places she mentioned. We are also wishing that we too can experience what she is experiencing right now.
