I remember my conversation with my friend back in 2008. Well, our topic, all about health and ways to live longer. It’s an interesting topic for him, but not for me. He is an athletic type of guy who wants to live a healthy lifestyle. He exercise every now and then, eat healthy foods and take supplements.
