As I continue surfing the internet to sort out real-estates websites, I came across Buildium.com. I read along their page and was struck with the phrase “”Whether you’re a professional property manager, condo owner or a member of an HOA, Buildium has a property management solution to meet your needs.” I am wondering if these people were really using this amazing web base property tool. Basically, Buildium’s Landlord Software features full general ledger accounting, budgeting, secure online payments and access for renters, property owners, board members and more.
I am also asking myself “why Buildium?” But, I just got the answer after reading their web page and several success stories. I definitely agree to choose Buildium as the only property management solution. For the very
reason that you don’t need to install any software, all you need is an Internet connection and they will provide you an access to your information anywhere and any time. I’m positive that they can help anyone who is planning to enter this business.
