My partner, being a coffee lover has been looking forward to drinking coffee from all over the world. Well, it is one of her dreams. She heard about kona coffee which originated from Hawaii. We all know that Hawaii’s dry days, misty afternoons and the unique volcanic soil makes it perfect grow coffee beans like nowhere else in the world. We took time to look for that Hawaiian coffee in the mall. To her dismay we haven’t found one here in the Philippines. But, she did not stop there. We went to different cafes to try their different gourmet coffee but, they never say where their coffee came from; they say that’s their secret. She is such a coffee lover and drinks a cup or two every morning. But, she keeps bugging me to buy her gourmet coffee as soon as possible. Every time she asks for that coffee, I get her a cup of ordinary coffee; to keep her craving temporarily satisfied.
