Make your credit card work for you!
::Cancel credit cards that you hardly use. Aside from saving on the annual fees, you also protect yourself from unauthorized transactions should these cards get stolen or lost.
::Zero interest installment offers are tempting – and are good deals if you need what you are buying – but they’re no excuse to spend irresponsibly. Remember: You’re only enjoying zero interest on your purchase if you pay your monthly bill in full.
::Call your credit card company hotline right away to report a lost card. They can freeze the account to prevent thieves from using your card.
