My younger sister has just reached adolescence stage. Based on my experience, this is a transitional stage of both physical and mental human development. When I was in this age, I can remember my face jam-packed of pimples. I took medication to cure it; however, it got worse and I end up having acne. I was so depressed by that time and lost my confidence to face anybody. My mom looked for an effective acne treatment which helps me solve my problem. I was able to regain my confidence. As for my sister, I was helping her now on preventing pimples to show up.
